As their dimensions shrink,\u00a0their\u00a0performance is often governed by interface quality or precise chemical,\u00a0interfacial or dopant composition. However, correlating their\u00a0structural and\u00a0functional properties is challenging.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>High\u00a0harmonic quantum light sources provide an exquisite source of short wavelength\u00a0light, with\u00a0unprecedented control over the spectral, temporal, polarization and\u00a0orbital angular momentum (OAM)\u00a0of the emitted waveforms, from the UV to the keV\u00a0photon energy region.
